If you follow the Global Champions tour, I am sure you heard about Anastasia Nielsen this month. At just 19 years old, she made history by winning the LGCT Grand Prix of Rabat.

With her horse Action Man, she delivered the double clear to take the win. This was also her first 1.60m clear. While that is already impressive, it’s crazy to think the riders she beat were the riders she grew up idolizing.

Her win made her the youngest Grand Prix winner in the history of the Global Champions Tour, and always gave her a ticket to the LGCT Super Grand Prix in Prague later this month.

For other young riders, she is an inspiration. She proves that with hard work and patience, your goals are within reach.
